7:00 AM–9:00 AM
Hungry Turtle Farm • 410 125th Street, Amery, WI 54001
Join us for a walk with two local bird experts through the diverse landscapes at Hungry Turtle Farm! The farm is situated on the Apple River and features a variety of habitats—riparian, forest, pasture—so the diversity of birds is quite extraordinary. Our walk will last 1.5 to 2 hours. In the event of inclement weather, we will move inside to learn about the neotropical migrant birds that call our area home for part of the year.
Please Note:
We are gathering early because that’s when the birding is at its best (the early bird gets the bird!). By being quiet, patient, and avoiding bright clothing, you just might see some birds you've never seen before!
Limited number of tickets available: we're keeping the class size small, so make sure to sign up now.
See you there!
